Promotional discount for funeral plans

  1. Co-op Funeralcare Discount on Funeral Plans offer runs between 12 October 2026 until 13 December 2026 (inclusive).

  2. This promotion is open to all UK residents (excluding Northern Ireland) aged 18+ and who purchase a new pre-paid funeral plan between the offer dates. Anyone with a pre-existing plan with Co-op Funeralcare is excluded. Together being “Eligible Clients”.

  3. The available discounts for Eligible Clients are: £50 off a Direct Cremation Plan, £150 off a Simple Plan or £250 off a Bronze, Silver or Gold Plan. (the “Discount Offer”).

  4. To receive and redeem the Discount Offer, you must purchase either online at Co-op Funeralcare, over the phone on 0800 289 120 or in person at one of our local Co-op Funeralcare homes and the discount will be applied automatically.

  5. Discount can only be used once.

  6. Funeral plan purchases are subject to Co-op Funeralcare’s terms and conditions.

  7. If an Eligible Client makes use of this promotional discount and subsequently cancels their funeral plan, refunds will be given for the amount of the funeral plan less the discount and less any applicable cancellation fees as set out in the relevant funeral plan terms and conditions

  8. Promotion is only available for any purchases of new pre-paid plans made between the offer dates and can only be redeemed by the purchaser of the funeral plan.

  9. Transactions that are upgrading/downgrading a pre-existing plan are excluded from this promotion.

  10. The Discount Offer amount will be taken off the value of the plan purchased and cannot be exchanged for cash and cannot be used in conjunction with any other (1) offer, (2) discount or (3) promotion including our Co-op Member colleague discount.

  11. The Promoter reserves the right to withdraw or modify this promotion at any time in whole or in part in any event that makes it necessary to do so.

  12. This promotion and these terms and conditions are governed by the laws of England, and you agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the English courts if any dispute arises.
